In the renovations/remodeling world, we can digitally "marry" your existing home with projected renovations and floor plans. We render a 3d finished exterior/interior view, with a virtual tour of the exterior and interior.
This cottage 4000 sq ft cottage was built in Stoney Lake area, water access only lot. Care was taken to retain the natural landscape in the architectural planning. Although, built just recently, the surrounding mature trees give the illusion that it's "been there" for years.
Architectural plans & blueprints
Whether a new build or renovating, every client is unique with their own ideas. A basic step is to put all those ideas into a floor plan, so it can be studied and revised as necessary. Our system enables up to the moment revised floor plans and drawings. Once finalized, we translate them to blueprints.
We specialize in,and offer a full range of in-house design, planning, and consultation services. If you already have a plan and just want to modify or tweak it a little, that's easily accomplished.
Our 3d modeling and rendering creates walkthrough tours of the exterior/interior of your home. That representation simulates what your finished house would look like, if you walked around the exterior perimeter or through the interior, room by room. Design, functionality, and special concepts are manageable with these "you are there" tools. Placement of furniture adds the spatial relationships.
What's more, we can further provide the service of rendering the exterior grounds with a complete mature landscaped view that reflects walkways, trees, flower beds, garden accents, and greens of your choice.
Note that our plans adhere to structural requirements according to the Ontario Building Code.
The budget, the budget.
We can generate typical costs, specific to every aspect of the build. The materials list shows a breakdown of all the materials required for the house plan, units of measurement, quantity and typical costs. A list can be generated for the whole plan, an area of the plan, or just a single room.
We can re-create the Materials List whenever change of orders occur.
We offer this full blown - Architectural/3d renderings/walkthroughs/landscaping/material lists - service to other builders and contractors for a fee. To protect this interest, our fee is wholly rebatable when we sign a contract becoming the builder of your choice.. On signing of contract, this fee is credited onto your first payment schedule of the contract.
