Renovations: Cottage
Contract: Minor addition of 2 bedrooms and an enclosed length-of-the cottage screened porch, overlooking the waterfront.
Change orders: The client has decided to extend the contract to include major renovations to the existing structure. These clients are repeat clients from Pickering (we did a major addition and professionally finished a walk out granny suite in the walk out basement). They have a cottage near Macteer and decided to upgrade with an addition there. It's a beautiful lot definitely mother nature is pristine in presence. We stay on site during the work week. The weather is superb and in a matter of weeks we are already in the roofing and siding stage.

Contract: This repeat client contracted for a cedar interior conforming to all the angles of an octagon.
